Talking to us, and to each other.
We're a small UK team. The way to reach us is by email; the way to reach other YionStack customers is at office hours; the way to track what we're building is the changelog and the roadmap. No real-time chat just yet — on purpose.
Where to find us
Four primary channels.
Email a real human.
help@yionstack.co.uk goes to a person, not a queue. We aim to reply within one business day; trial customers get the same speed as paid customers.
help@yionstack.co.ukFounder office hours, weekly.
Open call every Thursday at 16:00 BST. Anyone using YionStack can join — drop in with a question, watch other people work through theirs, or just listen.
Get the calendar inviteSee what shipped, the day it ships.
Every meaningful change goes here, dated and described. Subscribe by RSS or by email — whichever you prefer.
Open the changelogFor storytelling, not for support.
Logos, brand colours, founder bio, company boilerplate and the press contact live on a dedicated page.

Forward-looking work, with rough delivery windows. If your idea isn't there, the inbox below reads everything.
Open the roadmapA handful of public repos.
Most of YionStack is closed-source for now. Auxiliary tooling, type definitions, and SDK examples are public on GitHub.

Why no real-time chat yet.
A community channel that nobody answers in is worse than no channel at all. We're a small team; we'd rather route every question through email and weekly office hours so that no question goes unanswered.
When the user base is large enough that a chat community would have its own voice without us in the room, we'll open one. We'll announce it on the changelog when we do.
