Persons
Every Pipedrive person comes across as a YionStack contact with email, phone, owner, the original creation date and every custom field. Duplicates are matched on email so re-imports stay clean.

Export your Pipedrive data — persons, organisations, deals, activities, products — upload it to YionStack, and the AI-assisted Import surface maps every record across, preserving pipelines, stages, owners and custom fields. See every supported source →
File-based — you upload an export from your old system, we map it. No connection to your old account.

Every Pipedrive person comes across as a YionStack contact with email, phone, owner, the original creation date and every custom field. Duplicates are matched on email so re-imports stay clean.
Organisations collapse into the unified companies table. Address, industry, employee count and custom fields all carry across; UK companies enrich automatically from Companies House on the way in.
Every deal lands with its pipeline, current stage, owner, value, expected close date, probability and full custom-field set. Open deals land in the right stage; won and lost deals preserve their outcome and date.
Pipedrive pipelines and stages come across as YionStack pipelines and pipeline stages with the same order and per-stage default probabilities — so the funnel reports continue to read the same.
Open and completed activities (calls, meetings, tasks, lunches) attach to the right deal or contact and preserve their type, due date, completion date and notes.
The Pipedrive product catalogue carries across into the YionStack products module so deals continue to itemise the same SKUs, with unit prices and currencies intact.
Every custom field maps to a YionStack custom field on the matching record type, preserving its label, data type and historical values.
Three steps. Reversible at any point.
From Pipedrive, use Settings → Tools and integrations → Export data and select all object types. The Import surface auto-detects the Pipedrive format and selects the right mapping template.
YionStack’s AI-assisted mapper reads the column headers and suggests where each row lands. You approve or adjust before any data is written.
The job runs in the migration dashboard. Open deals land in the correct pipeline stage; closed deals preserve their close date and outcome so funnel velocity reporting stays accurate.
We are honest about scope.
A migration is not the same as a clone. The records below are intentionally out of scope — either because they belong with the system that produced them, or because their meaning changes once they live inside an operating system instead of a point-tool. You can still reference the originals while you run YionStack alongside.
Straight answers.
All five tiers. The CSV export is available on every tier. Custom fields (more numerous on Professional and above) all carry across with their data types preserved.
Deal probability is preserved on every imported deal and applied as the per-deal override on YionStack’s pipeline probabilities. The rotting-deal indicator re-derives in YionStack from the same age-since-update logic, so deals that were rotting in Pipedrive show up as rotting in YionStack on day one.
Yes. Every pipeline (Sales, Renewals, Support, etc.) comes across as a separate YionStack pipeline with the same stages, order and probabilities. Existing deals stay in the pipeline they were on.
Yes. The migration is a one-time copy by default. Your Pipedrive account continues to operate normally; YionStack does not write anything back. Most teams run both for a month, then cut over once the sales team is comfortable.
Imported deals carry their existing email-thread metadata as activity records. New emails sent from YionStack’s CRM continue the thread under the connected mailbox (Gmail or Microsoft 365 OAuth, re-authorised on the YionStack side).
